Description

• Oversee the posting of central month end postings ensuring correct categorisation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Ensure the accurate and timely posting of central allocations, CMS, IT allocations, and apprentice levy.
• Manage the phasing of payroll costs.
• Ensure accurate posting of overtime, real-time deductions, insurance and property and resolve any discrepancies.
• Production of monthly reporting including commentary
• Maintain and update all cost and budget models with relevant data, working with the Finance Business Partner Team to enhance models to provide better management information.
• Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of budget and forecast reporting within deadlines.
• Support with the preparation and reporting of national statistics as required by regulatory bodies.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other departments.
• Support the maintenance and distribution of weekly financial reports.

A Successful Assistant Finance Business Partner Should Have

• A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
