Business Administrator (Reprographics)

Location – Reading / Basingstoke Area
Salary – Up to £25k (Dependant on experience)

Responsibilities
- Perform general Reprographics tasks such as producing general documentation in support of the company.
- Maintain and update printing records and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information to clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the management team in coordinating and executing various projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Reprographics policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in printing, or similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Some problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to manual handle boxes of paper.
- Willing to learn to operate Reprographics machinery daily.
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
