Job summary
A National Housing Developer is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at construction sites in Burton upon Trent. The role requires managing schedules, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with subcontractors. Applicants should have 3+ years in high volume house building projects and hold relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS. This full-time contract position offers a daily rate between £260 - £280.

Job Duties :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage health and safety standards on site
- Monitor progress and report to senior management
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid training
- Valid Driving Licence
Education : Relevant qualification in construction management or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering high volume projects in house building

- Ability to manage high volume projects
- Familiarity with timber frame construction
- Work on construction sites in West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burton upon Trent
