Our client offers a wide range of services, including project management, cost consultancy, and client-side programme and development management, with a deep expertise in public sector housing.

Role Overview

As a Junior CDM Advisor, you will support the Principal Designer in fulfilling duties as outlined in the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015. You will work closely with Housing Association and Local Authority clients, delivering Principal Designer services for residential properties, including high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage design-related risks.
  • Obtain and compile the Pre-Construction Information Pack.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, designers, and clients through Design Team Meetings and Risk Workshops.
  • Review and monitor designers' compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the pre-construction phase of projects.
  • Ensure designers adhere to CDM requirements.
