As our Assistant Director, you'll be responsible for developing and establishing key strategy areas. You'll have the responsibility for the management of contracts delivering resident‑focused housing management and maintenance services to Triathlon Homes tenants, shared owners and leaseholders. You'll need to work with third parties to facilitate a significant building safety remediation programme, always advocating the needs of Triathlon Homes and its residents. You'll also be adept at partnership working and need to understand the legal and regulatory context of our work.
