This is a high‑profile role for a Senior Site Manager with a proven track record in new build housing, looking to take ownership of a major project from start to finish.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing all on‑site activities for a multi‑phase housing development彩票代理

- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Planning and managing programmes, logistics, and resources
- Liaising with senior management, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Monitoring performance, reporting progress, and driving continuous improvement
- Maintaining a positive, professional site culture
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within new build housing
- Strong management and leadership skills, able to inspire and lead multi‑disciplinary teams
- Experienced in delivering large‑scale, multi‑phase residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, H&S legislation, and best practice
- Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
- CSCS / SMSTS qualified (essential)
- Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience
