A leading housing provider in England is seeking an Asset Support Officer to maintain data integrity within their Asset Management System. The role involves managing asset data, responding to enquiries, and supporting audits and compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong data management skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Power BI and SQL. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Support Officer to join our Asset Information team. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data within our Asset Management System (AMS). You will support data quality, governance, and integration workstreams, while responding to asset information enquiries and requests across multiple channels.
The role will be based in our Farringdon office and offers hybrid working arrangements of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Some occasional travel to our main offices may be required from time to time.
