This is a high‑profile role for a Senior Site Manager with a proven track record in new build housing, looking to take ownership of a major project from start to finish.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within new build housing
• Strong management and leadership skills, able to inspire and lead multi‑disciplinary teams

• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, H&S legislation, and best practice
• Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
• CSCS / SMSTS qualified (essential)
