The position offers flexibility with full‑time or part‑time hours and is based at the firm’s Salford office.
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Housing Disrepair law
- Experience managing Housing Disrepair cases from pre‑litigation to litigation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in drafting complex legal documents and agreements
- Familiarity with Housing Disrepair Pre‑Action Protocol
- Competent with case management software (Proclaim preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
- Salary between £40,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
