A legal service provider is looking for a qualified Housing and Litigation Lawyer in Liverpool. In this role, you will manage housing management cases, provide legal advice, and supervise two junior team members. The position requires a professional legal qualification and experience in housing management law. Agile working is offered for flexibility.
Are you a qualified solicitor with a passion for housing law and a drive to deliver high-quality legal services? Join Our client as a Housing and Litigation Lawyer (or equivalent) and help us deliver an effective, responsive, and value-for-money legal service across their Group.
In this rewarding and impactful role, you’ll manage a broad caseload of housing management matters including anti-social behaviour, disrepair, and possession.
You'll also play a key leadership role in supervising two junior team members and helping to shape the delivery of legal services.
This role is based in Liverpool with travel to their St Helens and Warrington offices. Agile working is available.
The interview will be competency-based to assess your experience and suitability for the role and will also include a presentation element, allowing you to demonstrate your skills and approach in a practical scenario.
