A prestigious hospitality brand in London is seeking a Client Experience Assistant to enhance client care and service excellence. This role involves administration, client onboarding, event organisation, and providing front-of-house support. The ideal candidate is client-focused, personable, and has around 1 year of relevant experience in a similar setting, contributing to a luxury client experience.

- Circa 1 year’s relevant front-of-house, reception, or client-facing experience.
- Personable, professional, and driven character.
Responsibilities
- Handle administration requests and mail management.
- Support client onboarding and build strong client relationships.
- Assist with office space design and presentation.
- Organise and deliver client events.
- Provide comprehensive client-facing/front of house support.

- Handling administration requests and mail management, ordering supplies and coordinating taxis, hotels, and restaurant bookings
- Supporting client onboarding and building strong client relationships
- Assisting with office space design and presentation
- Organising and delivering client events
- Providing 360° client-facing/Front of house support
- Looking for circa 1 year’s relevant front-of-house, reception, client facing experience
- Someone who is naturally client focused, personable, professional, and driven
