An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/Waitress In-Room Dining to join our team in The Peak Spa, at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Efficiently manage and process guest in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of in-room dining orders.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel\'s room service menu, including food and beverage options, and communicate effectively with guests to assist in their selections.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms, maintaining the hotel\'s luxury image.
• Provide support during peak hours, adapting to the dynamic nature of in-room dining demands in a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of in-room dining service.
• Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service procedures, and hotel standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues in various departments to enhance overall guest experiences.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury 5-star hotel, showing a strong understanding of high-end service standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, taking and processing orders with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in delivering in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy in presentation and adherence to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the varied needs of in-room dining guests.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments and contribute to a positive and seamless guest experience within a luxury hotel setting.
