The Role: Maintenance Engineer – Luxury Country Hotel
Location: East Midlands
Salary: Up to £35,000
Our client is a Luxury Hotel and resort in the East Midlands. We are looking for an all-rounded individual that will be able to plan long-term maintenance projects as well as fixing immediate issues. Along with this, you will be hands-on, well-versed in all basic maintenance and repair work, painting, and have knowledge and experience of health and safety procedures.
About the role:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance issues throughout the property
- Ensure that all duties and performance standards comply with H&S procedures
- Carry out regular inspections of all areas
- Ensure that maintenance projects are completed
- Support the Facilities Manager
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a similar role within hotels or resorts
- Qualifications in trade
- A well-organised individual with great communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Full driving license
