A women's charity in Leicester is seeking a Refuge Manager to lead their team. The role involves managing refuge houses, ensuring high-quality support for women affected by domestic abuse, and supporting staff development. A managerial qualification and strong cultural awareness are essential, along with experience in domestic abuse services. The position is full-time, offering £30,868 per year, Monday to Friday, with excellent benefits including annual leave and clinical supervision.
