As a Tea & Coffee Product Developer at M&S, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional hot beverage experiences that our customers love. This role is all about leading and delivering innovative, high-quality tea and coffee products that reflect the heritage, quality, and magic of M&S—while driving commercial success.

You’ll work collaboratively with passionate developers and suppliers to bring exciting new blends and brews to life—on time, to the highest standards, and with real impact. From concept to launch, you’ll shape the future of our tea and coffee offering, ensuring every cup delivers on taste, sustainability, and value.

This is a unique opportunity to gain insight not only into the Tea & Coffee category but across the entire M&S Food business. You’ll be part of a creative, customer-focused team committed to delivering exceptional quality and innovation.

• Keep up to date with trends in foods and lifestyle, packaging and ingredients (e.g. involving active research, travel, eating out and comparative shopping)
• Deliver product strategy agreed by the business unit, developing products / ranges in line with Brand Values
• Input into category strategy with Trading Manager, Head of Product Development, Brand Marketing, Technologist and Buyer
• Set strategy for product ranges in line with category objectives set by Trading Manager/ Head of Product Development.
• Identify commercial product development opportunities within own area of responsibility

• Focused, innovative and high quality product ranges

• Sales and market share targets
• Deliver product to meet the “Brand Values” of the category
