We are seeking a driven and passionate Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑end kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside experienced senior chefs while taking ownership of your own section and contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

As a key member of our brigade, you will prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring each plate reflects consistency, creativity and precision. You will support junior chefs, uphold all safety and hygiene requirements, and help maintain the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and deliver high‑quality menu items with consistent presentation.
  • Manage your allocated kitchen section with efficiency and ownership.
  • Ensure prompt service during busy periods, maintaining calm and professionalism.
  • Maintain full compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, allergen and Covid‑19 procedures.
  • Keep all kitchen areas clean, safe and hazard‑free, reporting issues promptly.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, deliveries, labelling and storage.
  • Support senior chefs with production planning and mentoring junior team members.
  • Help maintain a 5* EHO rating and hit required audit scores.
  • Follow sustainability, waste‑control and company standards at all times.
What You Bring
