A financial services provider in Tees Valley is seeking a Framework Analyst on a fixed-term basis until December 2026. The successful candidate will support risk frameworks and enterprise risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time while engaging with stakeholders at all levels. As a Risk Framework Analyst working on the General Code of Practice (GCOP) regulatory project, you will support the Risk Frameworks team in delivering the Own Risk Assessment (ORA) and Enterprise Risk priorities for the Trustee. You will also assist in the development of Enterprise Risk priorities, including the Enterprise Risk Framework, Policy and Directive, Scheme Risk Register, and Internal Controls.
You will also support the delivery of the controls element of the Effective System of Governance (ESOG) and perform the ORA as part of the GCOP project. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of ORA activities in line with the agreed schedule will be a key part of your role.
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements, combined with experience in enterprise risk management and internal controls. You should have the ability to manage projects and deliver to tight deadlines, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently are essential.
Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with external consultants, Change & Transformation teams, and subject matter experts to keep the project on track and aligned with requirements. You may also be asked to carry out other duties as reasonably requested.
