A leading luxury brand in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Operations Assistant to support the Store Manager in daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing staffing issues, addressing customer complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day store operations. In line with Company policies and Store Management guidelines, ensure efficient operations management for dedicated managerial tasks such as staffing issues, planning shifts / rotas and / or customer issues / complaints in order to improve customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
