The position requires serving as the first point of contact, managing calls, and greeting visitors. To provide comprehensive front of house cover to a busy community mental health team and to be part of the administrative team for the community mental health clinicians.
To be first point of contact for the team, including answering calls into the hub, meeting and greeting visitors, directing staff, liaising with clinical team members and administrative staff on a daily basis.
