Support Worker - New Hall Care Home with Nursing, LL14 6HB

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our existing friendly team immediately!

Responsibilities
  • Various, working on a rolling rota basis, full time, part time and bank opportunities available.
  • £12.60 - £13.14 per hour, dependent on experience.
Role details
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes along the way.
  • Assist individuals to learn new skills.
  • Understand medication procedures.
  • Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work as part of a team of dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.

New Hall Care Home with Nursing is a community-facing service located near Ruabon in Wrexham, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. The service offers personalised activity plans, vocational opportunities, and access to local amenities and education, empowering residents to progress toward independent living. A skilled multidisciplinary team provides clinical care, including mental health and physical health support, within a therapeutic and inclusive environment.
