A regional healthcare provider in Tewkesbury is looking for a Business Analyst to support digital transformation projects. The role involves producing documentation, facilitating process mapping, and engaging with various teams to optimize digital systems. Candidates should be comfortable working with both clinical and operational staff, ensuring effective communication and documentation. Competitive opportunities for professional growth are offered.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months. Internal applicants who wish to be considered for a secondment opportunity should discuss with their line manager the suitability of a possible secondment.
This is a new exciting opportunity to join the Trust's Transforming Care Digitally Programme Team supporting the transformation of care across a varied portfolio of Digital projects. The role will work closely with the Trust's Clinical, Operational, Clinical Systems and Digital teams to support the transformation of care through the optimisation of Digital systems and services. The role will provide Business Analysis support and advice for digital development projects, capturing operational and clinical processes and metrics and translating these into Digital solutions and outcomes.
