Job summary
A facilities management company is seeking an experienced Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor to manage a portfolio of healthcare sites in Essex and East London. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance activities, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and lead a team of engineers and subcontractors. Strong technical skills in M&E maintenance and excellent communication abilities are essential. Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor – Essex & East London
Location: Essex and East London
Salary: £50,000
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
We are looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor to manage a portfolio of healthcare sites across Essex and East London. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of high-end, critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, completing all required documentation
- Maintain plant rooms to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
- Manage reactive maintenance in line with contractual requirements
- Oversee minor works and improvements, including contractor supervision on-site
- Attend and contribute to client meetings
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of engineers and subcontractors
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and small project works to ensure seamless service delivery
