Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor – Essex & East London
Location: Essex and East London
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

We are looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor to manage a portfolio of healthcare sites across Essex and East London. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of high-end, critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, completing all required documentation
  • Maintain plant rooms to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
  • Manage reactive maintenance in line with contractual requirements
  • Oversee minor works and improvements, including contractor supervision on-site
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of engineers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and small project works to ensure seamless service delivery
