Human Resources Officer required to join our team at Holywell Hospital. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, offering a minimum 6-month contract. This role is required Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and has a pay rate of £13.57 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check pay, grading, and coding details of payroll documentation (new appointments, changes, terminations) ensuring all deadlines are met for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
  • Prepare documentation to implement changes to pay (excluding cost of living awards) and terms and conditions of service as required by Departmental circulars.
  • Prepare contracts of employment within the required 8-week period.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and information to managers and staff on employment issues.
  • Prepare documentation related to terminations and retirements for submission to senior management and/or HSC Pension Branch.
  • Provide guidance and training to Human Resources Officers on the operation of HR computerised systems and various HR functions.
What We Need From You

2 A-levels or BTEC HNC (or equivalent) or Certificate in Personnel recognised by CIPD plus 2 years administrative experience, including 1 year in a HR setting/department OR

3 years administrative experience, including 2 years in a HR setting/department
