A respected civil engineering company is looking for a Safety Manager to lead its Health & Safety team. The candidate will develop and implement comprehensive safety strategies to ensure the well-being of all employees. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and leading training initiatives. Candidates must have a NEBOSH Construction certificate and at least five years of experience in the Groundworks – Water industry. This position offers a great chance to foster a proactive safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Groundworks – Water industry, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Full Clean driving licence.
- NRSWA Supervisor certification.
Responsabilités
- Lead the development and implementation of safety policies.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Develop health and safety training initiatives for employees.
- Investigate incidents and ensure lessons learned are shared.
- Maintain documentation of safety records and performance reports.
