Turner & Townsend alinea is investing in the data centre sector, and we are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our team in London. This permanent role is ideal for someone experienced in cost management within a consultancy setting, preferably with data centre sector experience. The successful candidate will work with clients across the UK and Europe, leading projects from feasibility to post-contract stages, ensuring value for money and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include negotiation, procurement, cost management, contract creation, and financial analysis to optimize operational and financial performance. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Degree or equivalent in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying
• Chartered with RICS or equivalent
• Expertise in measurement and cost planning (NRM2)
• Experience with JCT / NEC / FIDIC contracts
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
