A leading automotive solutions provider is hiring a Global Talent Management Systems Manager who will lead the design and optimization of talent management technologies. Responsibilities include managing SuccessFactors modules, data analysis for talent insights, and creating eLearning content. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in talent management, and strong skills in eLearning development and project coordination. This is a hybrid role with global interaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact
The Global Talent Management Systems Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimization of learning, performance and talent management technologies for a global organization. It supports the Global Talent Management team by owning the systems, processes, and reporting that enable performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and employee development. It provides data analysis, insights, and KPI reporting. It drives user adoption and improves system efficiency. It also serves as the lead instructional designer for talent management, creating custom eLearning and delivering superuser training as needed.
