A global EdTech company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the development of a new design language and system, ensuring excellent user experiences across products. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design practices, along with at least 5 years of experience in product design for mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with developers and product managers, driving the adoption of design best practices while advocating for users throughout the design process.
Remote – United Kingdom
Location: This role is open only to candidates residing in England or Scotland, due to operational constraints.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a globally distributed design team at a pivotal time, playing a foundational role in creating a new design language and system from the ground up based on our branding.
You’ll co‑own the design system working closely with your partners in the engineering team, sitting at the intersection of design, product management, and engineering. You’ll help us to rethink how we build and deliver experiences, including AI‑enabled prototyping, so we can ship better on‑brand, consistent, responsive, accessible, experiences at speed.
You’ll use the design system you build to design new features within Blackboard such as AI powered learning and the future of assessment.
