A major UK banking institution offers a Graduate Programme that spans two years and four rotations across key banking hubs including London and Edinburgh. The program provides hands-on experience in corporate banking, focusing on both client-facing roles and financial modelling, while pursuing professional qualifications. As a CIB Graduate, you’ll be in the room, learning how deals are made and how strategy unfolds.
Two years. Four rotations. Unlimited learning. Over two years, you’ll take on four placements across our hubs in London, Birmingham and Edinburgh, with the chance to explore other strategic locations (and maybe a stint in Frankfurt). Think of it as a guided tour through the most fascinating corners of corporate and institutional banking.

What you need to apply
This is a rotational programme across various UK locations including London, Birmingham and Edinburgh plus other strategic locations. You’ll need to be adaptable. There’s potential for relocation with our hybrid working policy; all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office, and some roles are five days per week.

Qualifications: Study for a relevant professional finance qualification such as Global Credit Certification (GCC) with the opportunity to take a further qualification in the second year of the programme. Training and costs are all taken care of.
