Role Overview

As a graduate client executive at Threepipe Reply, you will support the management and growth of a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across industries such as technology, sports, retail, beauty, energy, and banking. You will work closely with our creative account management team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to clients like Panasonic, Vodafone, and Gulf Oil International. This role offers an excellent entry point into the marketing and creative industry. This is a London-based role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the account management team on multiple client projects, spanning brand strategy, creative development, digital campaign roll-outs, copywriting, video production, and multi-channel asset delivery.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and take notes on actions, following up to ensure actions are taken efficiently.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, third-party suppliers, and client deadlines by coordinating with internal design and strategy teams.
  • Contribute to production activities, from small-scale photoshoots to large-scale video productions, including talent coordination, prop sourcing, and post-production processes.
  • Oversee the delivery of final assets across various channels, including TV, social media, and print, ensuring all outputs meet client specifications.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, campaign reports, and client communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables.
About the Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 classification, ideally in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally in client-facing settings.
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing creative assets, copy, and campaign materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and maintain diary management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standard and meets client expectations.
  • Willingness to work in London Victoria three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with flexibility for remote work two days per week.
