A metropolitan police department in London is looking for three Recruitment HR Officers. You will provide high-quality recruitment services for candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidates will have proven HR or recruitment experience, strong IT skills in Microsoft applications, and be capable of advising staff on policies and procedures. The HR team sits within our Corporate Services Directorate and is responsible for all HR matters within the City of London Police. This role sits within the HR Services Team and will have a focus on Recruitment as well as other HR operational activity.
We are recruiting for three Recruitment HR Officers to join our brilliant Recruitment Team. You will provide high‑quality, effective and timely recruitment services for both candidates and hiring teams. This includes liaising with candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process, ensuring each candidate receives a first‑class experience.
As an HR Officer you will also provide support and advice to staff and managers on a wide range of policies and procedures. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work across a variety of databases with a keen attention to detail.
