IPS and SEQF Compliance Manager

Salary: £40,778 to £45,092 per annum + Benefits

Location: Hybrid split between working from home and the office in Wokingham

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an IPS and SEQF Compliance Manager to join a high-profile employment programme supporting people to find and sustain work. As an IPS and SEQF Compliance Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing and embedding a robust quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with IPS / SEQF standards and external contractual requirements. The role works closely with programme leadership and delivery partners to monitor performance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement. This IPS and SEQF Compliance Manager position supports internal self‑assessments, external fidelity reviews and the development of measurable action plans, helping to evidence impact for local and national stakeholders. The role supports a Berkshire-wide programme and involves collaborative working across multiple local authority areas, offering a varied and influential opportunity within employment, skills and compliance.

Duties
  • Supporting the development, implementation and management of a quality assurance framework aligned to IPS/SEQF and contractual requirements
  • Managing systems, processes and evidence to support audit, risk management and compliance activity
  • Leading quantitative and qualitative reviews of delivery processes, participant experience and employer engagement
  • Producing accurate, timely reports evidencing outcomes, impact and service quality for internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with delivery partners to develop measurable fidelity action plans and monitor progress
  • Supporting teams to prepare for and complete internal self‑assessments and external fidelity reviews
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service quality and consistency across the programme
  • Promoting the importance of IPS/SEQF through presentations, briefings and collaborative working
  • Supporting the identification and development of new referral pathways
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience or strong understanding of the Individual Placement and Support model
  • Experience of quality assurance, compliance, audit or performance management frameworks
  • Proven experience of analysing data to assess performance and demonstrate impact
  • Knowledge of delivering externally funded programmes and associated contractual obligations
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders or delivery partners
  • Strong reporting, communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to wider programme objectives
