As an IPS and SEQF Compliance Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing and embedding a robust quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with IPS / SEQF standards and external contractual requirements. The role works closely with programme leadership and delivery partners to monitor performance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement. This IPS and SEQF Compliance Manager position supports internal self‑assessments, external fidelity reviews and the development of measurable action plans, helping to evidence impact for local and national stakeholders. The role supports a Berkshire-wide programme and involves collaborative working across multiple local authority areas, offering a varied and influential opportunity within employment, skills and compliance.
