Job summary
A global financial institution in Greater London is seeking a Customer Service Consultant. You will provide outstanding service, assist customers with digital banking platforms, and ensure financial inclusion. The position offers full training, a competitive salary of £27,400, and generous holiday allowances. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time role requiring 35 hours per week including weekends.
