Job Overview

We are looking for social prescribers to join us on a sessional worker contract across the Billericay and Brentwood areas. The postholder will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, as the work is community-based. The detailed postcode on the advert is CM12 0BJ but this role could cover locations across CM11, CM12, CM13 postcodes. The postholder will be based primarily in GP surgeries, but also in community centres across the Billericay and Brentwood areas.
