We are looking for social prescribers to join us on a sessional worker contract across the Billericay and Brentwood areas. The postholder will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, as the work is community-based. The postholder will be based primarily in GP surgeries, but also in community centres across the Billericay and Brentwood areas.
