We are recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman/ Site Manager to support the final stages of an £11m new build maintenance facility in Stockton. The role will focus on overseeing finishing works, coordinating trades, maintaining site standards and supporting the project team through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day to day site activities during finishing stages
  • Coordinate and manage site trades and subcontractors
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Monitor quality and progress of works
  • Support snagging, close-out and handover activities
  • Liaise with the senior site team on progress and issues
  • Maintain basic site records and reportingIdentify and resolve site issues as they arise
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties to support successful project delivery
