Qualifications

• Experience working for a developer or main contractor on high end residential projects.
• Experience with all finishing stages including snagging and handover.

Responsibilities

• Drive the finishing stages of luxury residential developments towards completion.
• Report into a Finishing Manager or Project Manager.
• Oversee finishing works for apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms.
