A leading painting company in Bodmin seeks a Working Foreperson to supervise and support a team of Painters. This role involves overseeing projects, ensuring productivity, and handling health and safety reporting. Ideal candidates will have project management experience within the painting industry and hold at least an NVQ 2 level or equivalent. At Ian Williams, our Plymouth Painting team now has an exciting opportunity for a Working Foreperson (formerly known as Foreman/Forewoman) to undertake the responsibility of organising, supervising, and providing continuous support to a team of Painters operating in the Bodmin and surrounding area.
Our teams deliver essential internal and external decorating projects within residential, commercial and educational settings across the local and surrounding areas. We welcome talking to ‘hands on’ Forepersons who enjoy leading by example and can successfully encourage and motivate a direct trade workforce.
