Job summary
A leading youth organization is seeking a Senior Volunteering Learning Designer to lead the design of learning experiences for volunteers, ensuring they are engaging and accessible. The role involves managing a small team of Learning Designers and collaborating with volunteers to deliver high-quality learning that impacts young people positively. This is a hybrid position located in the UK, with a competitive salary range of £37,800 to £39,560 per annum based on contract type.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading learning design activities.
- Ability to manage and develop a small team.
- Strong understanding of building accessible and engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead learning design for volunteering activities.
- Line manage two Learning Designers.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of learning experiences.
