As House Porter you will be a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring each guest enjoys a spotless, welcoming, and relaxing environment. What you will do:

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the movement and setup of furniture, equipment, and event materials.
  • Support housekeeping teams with linen delivery, collection, and stock management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, corridors, and back‑of‑house spaces.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff requests.
  • Carry out light maintenance tasks and report any issues to the relevant department.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
  • Provide support during busy periods, events, and special functions.
Qualifications
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
