Job summary
A family in Notting Hill is seeking a Family Assistant to support them with daily tasks and errands. The role includes managing children’s activities, planning family holidays, and assisting with household management. Suitable candidates should have 4+ years as a PA in a relevant setting and be pet friendly. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 gross annually.

Responsibilities

Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (with some flexibility to be contacted out of hours)

For a young family with three children in Notting Hill, we are looking for a PA to join as a Family Assistant to support them with their daily tasks and errands to keep the household running smoothly.
The family have a full-time Nanny, but they would like the PA to assist in running the children’s diaries, school liaison, birthday parties and afterschool activities etc. You’ll help to research, plan and book their family holidays, book appointments and reservations and book property maintenance and provide access for them to the property. They would like help with their errands, grocery shopping and online returns. They’ll need help with paying invoices and sorting their utilities etc as well. The family have a dog so a pet friendly candidate would be best!
The family are very warm and down to earth and are looking for someone with a few years of experience to join them on a long term basis.

To be considered for this role you must;
- Have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a PA in a Family Office or UHNW Household
- Have a valid passport
- Have a clean driving licence and be confident to drive in London for errands

- Have excellent contactable references
