A leading agricultural recruitment agency is seeking a Farm Operative for a well-established farming business on the outskirts of Wellington. You will assist with poultry preparation, handle livestock, and ensure hygiene standards. Skills
📍 Location: Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset 🕒 Hours: 6:00am start until finish (approx. 6:00pm) 📅 Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 💰 Pay: £13.50 per hour (training rate), rising to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks (permanent placement) 📄 Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm 🚗 Transport: Own transport essential due to rural location

As a Farm Operative, you will be involved in:
