Are you an Operations Shift Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Senior Production Manager?
This role is a 4 on 3 off days only position.

We are currently working with a multi-site, blue chip food manufacturer who are looking for an Operations Shift Manager to join the team.

The responsibilities of the role will include overseeing full factory Operations, ensuring quality and cost standards are met, supporting consistent performance and working cross functionally with Quality, H&S, Hygiene and Engineering teams, implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives and leading risk assessments/accident investigations.

To be successful in the role you will need to be a strong manager with a minimum of 5-10 years' experience at management level in a fast paced environment, ideally chilled food manufacturing. A proven track record in Continuous Improvement and people development will be essential.
