Job summary
A family-run healthy food company in Swindon is seeking a Grocery Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key grocery multiples, including major retailers like Tesco and Asda. The role requires experience with these accounts, and candidates should be ambitious and confident. The position offers a competitive salary of £45k to £55k, depending on experience, along with bonuses and a car allowance.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a Top 5 grocery multiple, e.g., Tesco or Asda.
- Background in any food category (ambient, chilled, or frozen) is acceptable.
- Must be ambitious and confident.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Grocery Multiple Accounts.
- Focus on growing the account portfolio with branded products.
- Position primarily office-based in the South East.
Skills
Grocery Account Manager (will consider NAEs and KAMs) – Healthy Foods & Snacks
£45k to £55k basic depending on experience, plus bonus and car allowance

- Good sized portfolio but with massive potential to grow
- Primarily branded product range
- Mostly office based in the South East region
- Must have experience of managing at least one of the Top 5 traditional Grocery Multiples i.e. Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s or Waitrose
- Will definitely consider a NAE or KAM who has had exposure to a Top 5 account and is looking to step up to their first full NAM role
- Can come from any food category – ambient, chilled or frozen
- Ambitious, confident, highly professional Account Manager
- Ideally based in the West London/Berkshire/Oxfordshire/Hampshire/Wiltshire region
