  • Record all work completed accurately in the CMMS system, ensuring effective shift handovers.
  • Support and lead shift-based problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Work with equipment suppliers (OEMs) for technical support and parts procurement when required.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and efficiency.
  • Raise life cycle issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Use CMMS data to identify trends and support improvement projects.
  • Maintain tidy, organised workshops and stores in line with 5S standards.

  • Complete all maintenance documentation and quality records clearly and correctly.
  • Ensure equipment is positively released and signed off after maintenance work.
  • Attend additional training sessions when required.
  • Apply TIMWOODS principles to identify and reduce production waste.

  • Follow all site safety rules and procedures, ensuring your own safety and that of others.
  • Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

  • Follow correct procedures in the event of accidents or near misses.
  • Cooperate with management to maintain a safe working environment.
