As part of our ambitious expansion, we are seeking Sales Executives to drive our franchise and investment sales, introducing Wei’s Malatang to new partners and markets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential franchisees and investors.
- Present Wei’s Malatang’s franchise model, business opportunities, and investment benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding for new franchise partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support franchise growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales (F&B industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and close deals with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
- Knowledge of the UK/European food & beverage or franchise market is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin/Chinese (mandatory requirement).
