As part of our ambitious expansion, we are seeking Sales Executives to drive our franchise and investment sales, introducing Wei’s Malatang to new partners and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential franchisees and investors.
  • Present Wei’s Malatang’s franchise model, business opportunities, and investment benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding for new franchise partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support franchise growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales (F&B industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
  • Knowledge of the UK/European food & beverage or franchise market is an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin/Chinese (mandatory requirement).
