- Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Fitness Coaches, Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors
- Bring our gym floor and studio signature programme to life
- Drive membership sales, onboarding, retention and revenue growth
- Deliver and grow Personal Training and Group Exercise services
- Ensure a safe, welcoming and high‑quality gym environment
- Track performance KPIs and work closely with commercial and marketing teams
- Lead and motivate fitness teams with proven experience
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (desirable) – Level 4 qualifications desirable
- Sales experience and strong commercial awareness
- Passion for delivering exceptional member journeys
- Google Chrome is the preferred browser to access Serco careers website
