Job description
What you’ll do
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Fitness Coaches, Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors
  • Bring our gym floor and studio signature programme to life
  • Drive membership sales, onboarding, retention and revenue growth
  • Deliver and grow Personal Training and Group Exercise services
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming and high‑quality gym environment
  • Track performance KPIs and work closely with commercial and marketing teams
  • Lead and motivate fitness teams with proven experience
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (desirable) – Level 4 qualifications desirable
  • Sales experience and strong commercial awareness
  • Passion for delivering exceptional member journeys
  • Google Chrome is the preferred browser to access Serco careers website
