Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their Engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-day operation of the workshop activities
  • Supervise the technicians and contractors, delegating workloads, planning of daily work
  • Participate in continuous improvement events
  • Facilitate completion of workshop PM tasks as planned through SAP systems
  • Undertake testing and refurbishment of safety‑critical components
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Mechanical Engineering qualifications
  • Basic engineering experience in machining, pipework, fitting, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, soldering
