Job description

Working in our Regent Street Flagship Store in London you'll play a pivotal part in bringing Gymshark to life in real life. Our community and customers are our ‘family’, so we treat them as such. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Creating standout window displays, in‑store installations and event visuals that bring the brand to life.
• Planning and delivering all visual merchandising updates for campaigns, launches and key retail moments.
• Shaping a modern, inspirational customer experience across all store touchpoints, including digital screens and physical displays.
• Working with the in‑store VM team, sharing best practice with the wider store.
• Collaborating with Merchandising, Events, Training and Retail Ops to ensure seamless execution and strong product storytelling.
• Maintaining all VM assets from props and mannequins to equipment and signage ensuring everything is presented to a premium standard.
• Supporting store performance by driving footfall, delivering brand‑right visuals and contributing to flagship level standards.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Experience in a similar role with a strong focus on visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of both London retail dynamics and international markets.
• Technical VM and store‑planning skills, with an analytical and commercially aware approach.
• A background or strong interest in fitness, fashion or styling (preferential).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
• Strong forward‑planning, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Up‑to‑date awareness of retail and cultural trends, with an exceptional eye for detail.
