- Inspections & Audits: Manage a robust program of fire safety inspections, audits, and checks (e.g., compartmentation surveys, fire door inspections).
- Technical Advice: Provide expert, pragmatic guidance on fire safety issues to maintenance teams, capital works, and asset management.
- Social Housing/Residential Experience in a dedicated Fire Safety Management role.
- Expert knowledge of the FSO 2005 and related UK fire safety standards (e.g., BS 9991, Approved Document B).
- Proven success in managing large-scale FRA remediation programmes.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Membership of the IFE, NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management).
